My teacher used to say: ''The only way to have a secure computer is to make sure it's not connected to Internet!'' But since Internet is a must, and is the new major way of communication, we have to find ways to keep our computers and our personal information secure.

The first rule is to navigate with caution! Don't go clicking on every link you see, use trustworthy sites. And emails, if you receive an email with an attached file, check if you know the person first, if not delete the email. But even if you know the person, if the file name looks suspicious, make sure that your friend really did send you that email, the computer of that person could be infected and could be sending its virus to his contact list.

And most importantly, make sure you use a good anti-spyware and anti-virus. I propose here the two security softwares I use to keep my computers safe.
